Our Return & Refund Policy applies to all furniture and interior products purchased through our website or social platforms. Since most furniture items are large, delicate, or custom-made, returns are limited to specific conditions outlined below.
2. No Return on Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Wrong size or color chosen by the customer

Slight color or grain variation in wood or fabric (natural differences)
Furniture items are made with natural materials, and minor variations are normal.
3. Eligibility for Return / Replacement
A product is eligible for return or replacement only if:

It arrives damaged, broken, or manufacturing defective

The wrong item is delivered

The product received is significantly different from the order description
To qualify, the customer must:

Advance Payments

Replacement time depends on stock availability and manufacturing schedule
7. Order Cancellation
For Ready-Made Items

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
For Custom Furniture

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

The advance payment is non-refundable.
8. Inspection on Delivery
Customers are required to:

Immediately report any visible damage

Failure to inspect at the time of delivery may affect eligibility for return.
9. Shipping Costs for Returns
